Books
All unsigned books in like-new condition may be returned within 30 days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Signed books are not returnable. The customer will be responsible for shipping on the item to be returned. The item must be shipped in a padded envelope to protect the book during transit. If the return is damaged due to poor packaging, it will not be accepted.Â
Book exchanges will be accepted. The customer will be responsible for shipping and handling of the new item, as well as the return shipping costs. Returned items must be in like-new condition, unused, and undamaged or they will not be accepted. If there is an additional charge for the new order, our customer service team will email you an invoice that must be paid before the exchange is initiated.Â
Digital Products and Subscriptions
All digital products (including courses and memberships) are not returnable.Â
Subscription-based products are not eligible for refund or return. You may cancel the renewal of a subscription based on the renewal period and individual terms of each subscription product. There are no returns or refunds on subscriptions that have already renewed.
Food Products
For health and safety reasons, all food products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. The only exception is if your item arrives damaged or defective — in that case, it must be unused and in its original packaging (unless the packaging is damaged). Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase, as it will be required to process any eligible return.
Apparel
As our apparel is made to order, it may not be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged or defective. Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
Returns Process
To start a return, you can contact us at support@gonaturalite.com.Â
A minimum of a $10 processing fee will be applied to all returns.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping will be the customer's responsibility unless there is a problem or defect with the product received. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your returned product is damaged or used, your return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
For Orders WITHOUT Shipping & Package Protection:
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages reported as lost or stolen. We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, building management, or your local post office (or relevant shipping carrier), as packages are sometimes delivered to alternate locations for safekeeping.
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate where your package was left. You may contact us at support@gonaturalite.com, and, where possible, we will work with you to investigate the issue with the carrier. However, please be aware that the carrier often cannot recover packages marked as delivered.
For Orders WITH Shipping & Package Protection:
If you purchased Shipping & Package Protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, simply contact us at support@gonaturalite.com to file a claim, and we will replace and reship your order at no charge.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The customer will be responsible for shipping and handling on the new item, as well as the return shipping costs. Returned items must be in like-new condition, unused, and undamaged or they will not be accepted.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@gonaturalite.com.
Dispute and Chargeback Policy
Customers have 30 days from the date the order was placed to dispute a charge or request a refund by contacting our customer service team at support@gonaturalite.com. We require customers to allow us the opportunity to resolve any issues directly before initiating a chargeback. Failure to contact us and provide a reasonable chance to address concerns may render chargebacks invalid, as we are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly in accordance with our terms.
