Shipping

We offer standard economy shipping for $9.95.

Once you place your order and it leaves our warehouse, package delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. 

If you suspect that your item is lost or there has been another issue preventing delivery, please email us at support@gonaturalite.com.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a USPS tracking number. You can click the link in that email for tracking updates from USPS, or you can copy and paste that tracking number into the USPS tracking website here to see your order’s status.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folders. If you cannot locate this email, please email us at support@gonaturalite.com.

Occasionally USPS will show that an order has been delivered, but the customer will receive it the next day, or the package might be delivered at a neighbor’s address by mistake. If that is not the case for your situation and you’re unable to locate your package, please email us at support@gonaturalite.com and we’ll be happy to help with next steps to find it.

Returns & Exchanges

If you have questions about your order, or are unhappy with your order, please contact our Customer Support team at support@gonaturalite.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

A minimum of a $10 processing fee may be applied to all returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Please note: Return shipping will be the customer's responsibility unless there is a problem or defect with the product received. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your returned product is damaged or used, your return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Yes. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Please note: The customer will be responsible for shipping and handling for the new item, as well as the return shipping costs.

Returned items must be in like-new condition, unused, and undamaged or they will not be accepted.

If you feel you have been unnecessarily charged, we require customers to allow us the opportunity to resolve any issues directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. 

Customers have 30 days from the date the order was placed to dispute a charge or request a refund by contacting our customer service team at support@gonaturalite.com.

Failure to contact us and provide a reasonable chance to address concerns may render chargebacks invalid, as we are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly in accordance with our terms.

Products

The book Life Matters So Let’s Eat Like It is the book Jabez most often refers to in his videos at grocery stores where he’s discussing switching to all-natural ingredients for weight loss. You can find it here.

Ebooks

If you purchased a single ebook:

  • You will receive an email from support@gonaturalite.com with the subject line "Your Naturalite Downloads are Ready!" Click the download link in that email.
  • This will take you to a Naturalite webpage with a button that says "Download Now". Click that button.
  • The next step will depend on your device:
  • If you’re on a mobile phone: You can save the PDF to your phone’s files or other location. Or, you can text or email the PDF to yourself.
  • If you’re on a computer or laptop: Clicking the "Download Now" button will save the ebook as a PDF file to your computer, most likely in your Downloads folder. From there, if you prefer to open and read the ebook on your phone or tablet, you can email the file to yourself as an attachment and then open that email on another device.

If you purchased an ebook bundle (multi-book product):

  • You'll get an email from support@gonaturalite.com with a link to download your books. This link will download a ZIP file.
  • Please note, this ZIP file won't open on most phones or tablets, so you'll need to open the email on a computer and unzip the file. 
  • Then, you will be able to see the 3 different PDF files—one for each book in the bundle. 
  • You can then email or text the PDFs to yourself if you want to read your ebooks on your phone or tablet!

We use a program that monitors the amount of downloads each customer does for security purposes and to make sure that the book isn't being shared with or sold to others. This is why we have a 3-limit download cap. 

If you have exceeded the download limit and are not able to access your ebook files, do not worry! Simply email us at support@gonaturalite.com, and we can provide you with new download links for your purchase.

For future reference, please keep in mind that once you click the download link to the ebook it would then be downloaded to the files on your device. You do not need to click the download link to access the ebook on that device again. 

Yes. Email us at support@gonaturalite.com and let us know. We will provide an invoice for you to pay the difference for the paperback version and shipping, and then will mail the physical book out to you.

Naturalite Weight Loss Community

The Naturalite Weight Loss Community is a paid membership to an exclusive online group led by Jabez and the Naturalite Team with the goal of providing guidance, accountability, community, and encouragement for fellow Naturalites on their weight loss journey.

Members will have access to our online group platform called Circle, where members post daily logs for accountability, encourage each other, and share wins and breakthroughs. Jabez and the Naturalite team also host community-exclusive coaching calls each month. Members also have access to Jabez’s 4-part, self-paced course called “The Eat What You Love & Weigh Less Reprogram”. 

To join the Naturalite Weight Loss Community, you will need to purchase a membership here. We currently offer memberships on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. If you choose to select quarterly or annual, you will receive a free Naturalite Weight Loss Planner with your membership!

You will receive instructions for joining the group via email after purchasing your membership.

We host our community on the Circle platform, so you should have received an invitation via email to join Circle at the time of purchase. Just click the "Accept Invitation" link in that email and follow the prompts.

If you haven't seen that email — it may have gone to your spam folder. You can search your email for it with the subject line "You have been invited to join The Naturalite Family Community on Circle", coming from <no-reply@notification.circle.so>.

If you still can’t find the Circle invitation email, please email us at suppor@gonaturalite.com and our customer service team will assist you.

Once you’ve found your invite email, here are your next steps to get started:

1. Accept the invite and create your Circle account.

2. Log in and complete your profile in Circle.

3. Watch the pinned videos in the feed and comment on them so we can learn more about you and your journey.

 One more tip: Download the Circle app for your mobile device for the best experience! 

If you would like to cancel your membership subscription to the community, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to gonaturalite.com/account.

2. This opens a sign-in screen where you will enter the email address used to purchase your membership.

3. It will ask for a 6-digit verification code, which is sent to your email.

4. Once signed in, click Memberships in the top menu.

5. This will take you to a page where you’ll see your membership listed. There is a button below it that says Cancel Membership.

6. Select Cancel, and you’ll receive an email confirmation.
