I began a couple of weeks ago and Wow what I found lurking in my food would scare anyone to death. Mold, Poison, industrial cleaners you name it. I have purged 90% so far and replaced with good garbage free Foods. Both my Grandson and I feel so much better, and he has already started to lose weight! Thank you Jabez, I'm forever grateful!

In just reading the story I’m already sold on it. One meal a day is definitely key to weight loss but also the nugget about our bodies not needing 3 meals a day, yes. I’m still going through it all but definitely 5 stars so far.

I tried his natural ginger ale recipe after watching numerous reels of his. I love that he is teaching us about the dangers of foods that is massed produced for Americans. It's a difficult transition to live a healthier more natural lifestyle. Once you start living more clean you realize how AMAZING you look and feel it does get easier. I enjoy reading his books because it's not a "how to" step by step. I can relate better to the guidance he offers and the options he gives. Well worth my money spent!
This cookbook is all that I thought it would be. The recipes are so tasty and easy to prepare. It is well put together, so even if you don’t cook much and want meals that use ingredients that are healthy and tasty. So grateful for your teaching and encouragement. Good read great education into the of our miseducation of how we eat and we should be growing our own food. The temptation of the enriched flours that’s in every thing and the middle isle of the grocery store We need better Grocery stores period!!!
