I wish you(Jabez El Israel) would give some examples of the non-enrichment breads. I’m having a hard time finding non-enriched breads at Krogers(Smith’s Las Vegas) and in Food Loin in North Carolina.

The reason we don't recommend brands is becuase brands will change their ingredients pretty often. So we focus on teaching our community how to read the ingredients so that the brand doesn't matter.

I had an epiphany watching the videos! Your info made so much sense- I was kind of flabbergasted I didn’t connect the dots myself. I have been telling friends & family to READ the labels, never buy anything with sugar in the first 3 ingredients, or one where multiple different names for sugar are listed several times in the ingredients. You, rightly so, pushed it farther, to make us think about the ingredients we cannot even pronounce-WHY do we need them? Do we? Love the Cookbook, easy, simple to prepare food, & delicious. Thank you for educating me🩷

My Books arrived while I was out of town. I was super excited to to open them and get to reading but I most definitely appreciated the challenge to just start reading the ingredients on the labels of everything I am eating. That was a game changer for me. I normally just look at the calories and sugar after that I am done. Reading just a little further has wrecked my appetite. I believe this is the change I needed.

I began reading all three, but I'm interested in all three however my focus is on "The More We Grow The More We'll See Everything We Need Is Free". I have to take my time in reading this one. I've tried planting before with no success. I'm in Florida and we have a lot of sand under the grass.
